Embrace Health Foundation has focused on the self-esteem research and development to support a reflective research compilation that reflects findings and themes and patterns in the data that reflect data that supports the stasis or balance of self-esteem and its correlations to stimuli and specifics to bullying as it affects the health and wellness of children and youth. These finding provide an evidenced based approach to developing policy specific to mental health bullying and the importance of self-esteem in the health and wellness of children and youth.

Stress has been an ongoing data reality and children and youth need to have mental health resources available to them at every junction of their lives and integrated in to their daily living at school at home and at all points of contact. Mindfulness and reflective practices that give them the ability to reduce stress and refocus. This appreciation supports their ability to regulate themselves and adapt to mental health routines unique to them as individuals in their lifetime. It proves a consistent reflective capacity that builds their awareness for self –regulation and stress management as a lifelong commitment to their wellness. This reduces stigma and supports societal wellness also at various levels.

Embrace Health Foundation has been a strong advocate for online accountability from the public as it affects the health and wellness of children and youth and the entire digital citizen portfolio. Our data reveals the intricate attachment youth have to their identities. The complete volatility and vulnerability of online risk and harm to them seems to affect them at various levels as the dynamics are volatile and bullying is an ongoing stress to them. It takes one person's comment and things change quickly for them online. This is a constant stress and has many youth now taking more time off devices or coming completely off a social platform. Identifying these daily realities for children and youth is often difficult to do because of the silencing and anxiety around it all so it tends to push extreme peer pressure behaviors or the extreme opposite where they detach themselves from social media to varying degrees to adapt to their comfort zone. For example, will not go on the platform for long or reduce or delete the account. These dynamics are a part of the everyday lives of children and youth. Although some may be able to surge through it the vast majority notice and truly experience the volatility of platforms as it affects their online identities. The daily mindfulness routines for children and youth need to support communication and coping with these stressors every day and need to support one's personal strategy with these stresses in supporting their own personal wellness.

New dynamics and platforms that are safe may be a solution to reducing significant stress and make online identity less risky for children and youth in general.

Coping strategies for children and youth and enhanced supports and communication that supports their wellness with their online navigation and online identities may be a solution to many. These mechanisms need to be supported and accessible to them at every part of their day with no waitlists or referrals. Online identity and cyberbullying are a huge stressful reality that needs to be supported every day.

The theme that is most expressed is hate and bullying and trolling done in all kinds of presentations on social media or social groups. This is a continual form of stimuli that presents and is interpreted by children and youth daily. It takes its toll on their wellness their trust and their self-esteem. Social determinants of health are escalated with these constant stressors that have implications on the identities and freedoms of children and youth to have a right to be accepted or to not be exposed to harm online or to their identity. Our findings indicate that continual awareness and navigation and support is necessary for the wellness of children and youth to adapt better to the continual volatility in social stresses that affect their self-esteem and health and wellness.

Policy and advancement that hate and trolling need to have more strict policy and behavior domains for society to adhere to. Driving social and personal accountability needs to be massively recognized and supported to make positive ideation and change a common strategy and reduce risk and harm for children and youth. Hate in all its forms is a form of bullying and needs to be treated as a violation of rights. It needs to be advanced as crime punishable by law. It remains the most volatile and unjust form of human behavior that is in desperate need of support and governance.

Children and youth need to develop the ability to not tolerate or participate so that through time we may see a natural progression to this awareness in society with reduced risk to children and youth in future generations. More public awareness and campaigning that support accountability with social media use can support modelling digital citizenship.

Embrace Health Foundations antibullying themes and education are a necessary part of the school age child and youths' day. It should be accessible and promoted at school and everywhere as a part of personal wellness strategy and a deterrence to participate in bullying. We have worked at all of this and strive to have it as a part of regular routines and narrative for schools. It can be presented in many creative formats inclusive of plays and song presentations and it supports continual narrative and empathy in general. Awareness now will hopefully support positive social change for their futures.

Embrace Health Foundation strives to support the integral facet of self-esteem in the daily lives of children and youth and are seeking supportive venues and engagements to keep the data consistent and the outreach growing so that self-esteem for children and youth will be more balanced and have less stimuli that affect them that does not provide the optimal homeostasis or support their rights to an adaptive self-esteem. Narratives and regular self-esteem workshops need to be supported and the ones from Embrace Health Foundation support personal and societal wellness for continual awareness.

Policy advancements and further study on how to prioritize the self-esteem of children and youth in society as our present and future generations adapt to an ever-evolving paradigm of self and society. Children and youth need to be the focus to sustain health and wellness in society and their voices need to be heard and not diminished or silenced by the other demands in society.
